WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

"I was feeling a tug at my heart to volunteer somewhere, but where?  I thought of it often, knowing God was leading me, but where?  Then I read about Harvest House on a Facebook post. I took some things over to donate and was so impressed by the work being done there to help people in need, that I immediately began to volunteer every Wednesday.  That was over 3 years ago.

In Titus 3:8, Paul says that good works are “excellent and profitable for everyone “, not just the recipient of the good works, but the person doing the good works. We were created for community. Ask the Lord to open your eyes to the needs of those around you, those who need hope, a touch, a smile. Let your life make a difference in the world. Reach out to help a person in need by volunteering. I highly recommend Harvest House as a place to do just that."
